Shipping Policy

All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS from South Florida. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Processing Time

Because every item is custom made specifically for you, we require 5–7 business days to carefully craft your order before it ships. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially for time-sensitive events such as birthdays or parties.

Important Notes

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
• SCPARTYCREATIONS is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other carrier once the package has been accepted by the Post Office.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
