Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, your order will have already begun production and cannot be cancelled. Please note that there will be a transaction fee deducted from any approved cancellation refund, as those fees are not returned by Shopify once an order is placed.

Custom & Personalized Items

All items at SCPARTYCREATIONS are custom made and handcrafted specifically for you once the order is placed. Because each piece is made to order with your name, age, and theme, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.

It is the customer's responsibility to read the listing carefully to understand shipping times and customization details before purchasing. If customizations such as color changes are requested, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are specific and clear.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages

SCPARTYCREATIONS is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they have been accepted by the Post Office. If you have issues with stolen packages, please arrange to have the Post Office hold your package for pickup. Refunds will not be issued for stolen, delayed, or unclaimed packages.
